Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all products and services sold by The Daily Find ("we", "our", "us") through our website, online store, email, phone, or direct invoice.

By placing an order with The Daily Find, you agree to these Terms.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Products are unavailable.
Pricing or product information contains an error.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
An order appears to be for commercial resale without prior approval.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

6. Authority to Leave

If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), or the courier determines it is safe to leave the parcel, responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed.

The Daily Find is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate.

However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer updates, packaging changes, or monitor settings.

Errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided:

The item is unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty:

Gift cards
Clearance or sale items
Opened or used products
Special order items

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daily Find is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss.
Delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Misuse or improper use of products after delivery.

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information for processing your order, providing customer service, and communicating with you regarding your purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product descriptions, graphics, text, and images, remains the property of The Daily Find or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
